QUOTATIONS:
All prices quoted will be good for a period of thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified in writing.
WARRANTY:
Southern Meter Box, Inc. and A&J Meter Service, Inc. (sellers) warrants that the products delivered by the seller will be of the kind and quality described in the order or bid and will be free of defects in workmanship or materials through manufacturing or specification standards (not to include defects through environmental or natural disasters and improper human handling or misusage). Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within one (1) year upon delivery seller shall, on notification of buyer, correct such nonconformity (replace damaged or defective items), with no expense to the buyer. These corrections will be performed at the convenience of the seller within a time frame deemed reasonable by Southern Meter Box and/or A&J Meter Service. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
CLAIMS:
On truckloads or drop shipments for breakage, damage or loss should be indicated on the packing slip upon receipt of the load. Any concealed damage or shortages must be made within ten (10) days of receiving material.
LTL (motor freight) shipment claims for breakage, damage, or loss should be made with the carriers. Any shortages must be made within ten (10) days of receiving material.
RETURN GOODS:
Permission must be obtained on all return items before any credits or exchanges will be issued. An R.G.A. (Return Goods Authorization) must be obtained on any items being returned. Only stock non-damaged items will be allowed to be returned. Non-stock items are subject to not be returned. Items could be subject to restocking fee and freight charges.
PURCHASE ORDERS:
Purchase orders are required for the purchase of all goods. The purchase order must be specific to the items being purchased including item numbers, quantities, and correct pricing. No items will be shipped unless accompanied by a purchase order.
