Sewer Cleanout Pads​The 24” x 24” x 4” Pad is made of concrete (Type I cement) with two layers of 9 gauge wire reinforcement. The top of the pad has a 12 1/16” circular recess 3/4” deep which allows the cleanout ring and cover to fit flush with the pad. The remaining 3 1/4” deep hole through the center of the pad is 9 1/4” in diameter which allows for adequate connection from below.
